Our ecological commitment is fundamental

Taking ownership of our property in 2008, we first wanted to produce a healthy product for ourselves, our family, our friends and then our customers and all those passionate about Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

We have built our agricultural business with great difficulty in this respect because our experience was unique in our region of production even though over time an increasing number of producers give up chemistry and engage in the same path as we do

We have not neglected any step from farming methods to eliminating all natural pollutants

This uncompromising organic cultivation, this artisanal production, is now bearing fruit with the renewed production of an Extra-Virgin Olive Oil of very high quality and chemical and organoleptic purity
