We produce Olive Oil on our farm that has not been chemically treated for at least 20 years
Natural soil renewal and regular tillage means that the soil no longer bears any trace of a pesticide, fungicide or herbicide, and that all the pollutants we are looking for in our Olive Oil, analyzed Year after Year, are in less than measurable quantities
All our farming methods as exposed on this site, aim to generate no polluting residues and to realize a biological agriculture integrating all the parameters of production and the effluents
Our Olive Oil is this pure fruit juice, a living product that evolves in the time of youth to maturity to acquire its optimum organoleptic qualities between 3 and 6 months after harvest and barrel
In our bottle & can, the oil remains alive, can still deposit its organic matter at the bottom or remain slightly cloudy or veiled: our Olive Oil is neither filtered nor refined
